chicken pie was to die for … sublime … and lovely”.
Definitely
worth adding to your “speed week menu”. My friend and student M
said that she was going to serve the pie in individual pots as a main
course for a dinner party. I think I rest my case - there's no law
that says you have to complicate food, keep it simple and keep your
sanity!
