made from leftovers taken from my freezer

the filling – finely diced

the baking sheet, lined and “glued” with parchment
and one strip of pastry

the filling in the middle of both strips of pastry

the pastry brought up to glue to the filling

freshly baked from the oven

bite sized pieces

a tasty morsel!
